• Participated in preparation of strategic management plans for the corporate
• Preparation of Quality management initiatives tracker for the corporate.
• Support the tendering and estimation department in relation to Quality requirements during the tendering process.
• Conduct training workshops for senior management and levels below.
• Work on pre-qualification needed for specific clients.
• Continuous selection for Quality Assurance / Quality Control Staff to fulfill projects requirements as well as corporate office.
• Continuous training for Quality Assurance / Quality Control Staff to fulfill projects requirements.
• Managing all QA/QC personnel & ensure that their performance is complying with projects’ requirements.
• Prepare / develop QA/QC procedures where required to establish effective QA/QC system in projects.
• Review / Approve Quality Plans for Subcontractors & Suppliers involved in projects & ensure compliance with Company QMS requirements.
• Ensure that approved Project Quality Plans are implemented on projects effectively.
• Verify and approve all Project Quality Documents prepared by QA/QC personnel assigned for specific projects.
• Review all reports generated by Quality personnel assigned for projects and act accordingly.
• Support Quality personnel in resolving quality related problems whenever required.
• Co-ordinate with all relevant Departments in connection with Quality matters in projects.
• Preparation of audit plan on projects and ensure effective implementation.
• Participate in audit activities for all departments and projects to ensure correct implementation of Audit procedure.
• Discuss the results of internal audits with the CEO and managers audited and agree timely corrective actions required.
• Initiate follow up audit activities in order to verify them and record the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken.
• Audit / Evaluate Subcontractors & Suppliers involved in projects.
• Carry out project visits frequently to measure customer satisfaction and ensure proper and effective coordination is developed with the Consultants & Clients in relation to project performance.
• Review with the Projects Managers and department Managers the quality system in their Areas as and when required.
• Report on the performance (KPI’s) of the quality system to the Division CEO for review as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
• Follow-up closely the issued Non-conformances & customer complaints for projects and the implementation for their agreed disposition with Consultant / client to close out the NCR.
