Organization Wurth Gulf fze is a sales company with 10, 000 products related to automotive, construction, metal and industry. Reporting Managing Director/CEO CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACHIEVEMENTS FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS
Financial statement analysis and the proposed suggestions/actions before their submission to the Management and other relevant departments.
Financial Modeling, Scenario planning and management decision making ("what is"; "what if"; "what has to be done")
Financial and Risk review on monthly basis. Mitigation plan of financial and market risk.
Monthly report to head office in Germany, Sustainability report, KBO and KBI analysis
Dealing with Banks for day to day activities, LC, TR, etc. Utilization review of AED 200 Million exposure.
Submission of VAT returns on monthly basis.
Reporting in Oracle EBS R 12i on monthly basis. Ensure closing process of Finance, OPM Modules.
Preparation of Annual budget/business plan as per the Group requirement.
Liaison with external auditor (EY) for issuance of true and fair financial statement.
Breakeven analysis and monitoring sales and order target.
Day to day function of HR and Administrative work. Controlling Plant Administrative activities.
Involved in Hiring of senior candidates. Giving guidance to assistant for follow-up HR related issues.
Involved in PRO related task with DIP/JAFZA.
Attending international financial seminar
Planning & executing financial strategies for the company at regional levels
