1.Lead the innovation platform of MOBILY to channel the innovative ideas of the community from the front-end all the way through to successful commercialization/ market introduction and make Mobily as an ICT innovation leader in KSA.
2.Promote the concepts of Open Innovation and create the new forms of platforms to interact with people through various digital touch points and stimulate the innovative ideas in the telecommunications.
3.Implement the operating plan for open innovation, prepare the innovation platform’s launch, promote it and create a community of idea generators.
4.Coordinate with the marketing, customer service, and media teams to lead execution of integrated community campaigns.
5.Work with cross-functional and content development team to develop compelling editorial content and manage a communication calendar across multiple online and social platforms.
6.Develop programs for active listening and social intelligence gathering to identify and manage key influentials, uncover new insights through campaigns and concepts, help shape the conversation. Stimulate solution identification and development of new ideas through the community and ensure intelligence is shared and channelized to capture the maximum market share.
7.Organize and implement an effective social media function \[structure, resources, plans and processes\] to ensure high-performance outcomes from day-to-day communications and campaigns/promotions in support of innovation scouting.
8.Create, manage and grow the company’s presence/reputation through blogs, Social media (Twitter, Facebook etc..) and other strategically relevant online community portals.
9.Act as an advocate of the company in the online community, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
10.Work with multiple vendors to ensure community platforms and tools are kept up to date and functional, as well as influence future partnerships.

Case Manager the responsibility and accountability for coordinating care from pre-admission through discharge and post-hospital care. Case Management, Discharge Planning and utilization review services are provided for inpatients and outpatients. Discharge Planning begins upon or before admission. All patients are screened within 24 hours of admission. Utilization and quality indicators of healthcare services are monitored at interventions as necessary.
