I worked with Meraas as

Responsible for the overall project Design and Construction Management for 900 hectares of mix use development consists of, Shkh. Zayed Desert Learning Museum (highest sustainable project in the region), and design management for 1000 villas and 5 star hotels etc.7 open manmade Safaris/ themed parks, with all utilities. I was reporting to the CEO and achieved high appreciation rewards since project phase was completed successfully on time and Budget.

I worked as Sr. Project manager for the client Nakheel, overseeing all management process and controls, providing the directions and controlling Work force towards the approved objectives, schedules, and Budget controls, I worked for both below projects with Nakheel:

•Al furjan : The project consists of 1000 Villas with Al Shafaar, and Arabtec as contractors, All site managements include Time, cost and quality management.

•Palm Jabal Ali : Madinat ala Arab 4 sectors of mega development, completed all infrastructure works, then transferred To Al Furjan .

Projects:
1- Ibbin Battuta Shopping Mall.
Works managed by me are:
- Structure and interior,
- All exterior works including theming, and roof works, etc,
- All surrounding main roads, Parking buildings and yards, infrastructure, District cooling, and all utilities networks and plants, including landscape as well. Main Contractors: J.C. Mackline, APP, AWW, & as Contractors, Dewan as consultant and Nakeel as the Client.
2- Dubai World Trade Centre & Jumeirah Living Hotel, 2B + G+42 & 2B + G+38 + R. General project management - all works, interiors and exteriors.
3 - Shoreline Apartments Towers at Palm Jumeirah. General project management - all works interiors, exteriors, and infrastructure

Al Qaser Hotel, at Madinat Jumeiram Resort, - 5 starts a from start - project set out- until handing over to operation, that includes the interiors and exteriors works, including infrastructure.

240 Villas - Gated compound, for Dubai internet City, later was bought be Arenco. Project completed.

Residential Building (4 towers, 1-G+15)
Doctor Complex 3x (G+4) and 16 villas.

Construction of 4 Luxury Villas community in Al Ain.

1- Various Private Luxury Villas
2-Hospital in Jordan.

+ 5 building projects, and Staff Camp - Riyadh

In addition to controlling project’s main success factors TIME, COST, QUALITY beside EHS, through implementing the following main actions and process:
•Lead the delivery of design and construction management services for PMC programs across the organization, including the management of design and construction consultants and contractors, tracking of design and construction progress, provision of PMO services to clients, etc.
•Involve and Communication proactively with stakeholders throughout the project in all important decisions, and always have proactive communication.
•Understand well both the big picture and details to work out proper logistic, site plans, and execution methods.
•Make decisions on timely manner and avoid potential claims.
•Manage risks proactively, with clear mitigation plans.
•Analyze and Manage expectations so there are no late surprises.
•Oversee the development of program management policies and procedures.
•Lead and manage the Project teams towards achieving the project plan targets.
•Provide input on capacity and capability required to deliver projects.
•Assign Program and Project Senior Managers, consultant, and PMC staff to the projects.
•Guide the development of program and project plans, including master programs, method statements, procurement plans, submission schedules, project / interface management, etc.
•Oversee the development and deployment of Program Management Information Systems (PMIS) on the projects.
•Monitor progress of all ongoing projects, and provide support to Department Heads, Program Senior Managers and Project Senior Managers, as needed.
•Accountable for the performance of the Staff, consultants and contractor for all projects and ensure inter-disciplines and efficient Coordination between them are smoothly obtained Identify mitigation actions to major budget overruns and oversee implementation.
•Review and consolidate periodic reports to the VP & others in the Executive Committee.
•Prepare scopes, review estimates, Tenders, and provide evaluations with recommendations based on proper analyses.
•Implement Logistics plans, Procedures and strategies and assist the team to resolve all Department’s obstacles and Problems.
