Locating projects in Jeddah and other cities by rooming the city, using digital media and contacting my contacts in the market. Initiating or updating good relations with existing and expected clients is one of the main objectives. I obtain the inquiries for projects, study them, break the BOQs, Specs and Single Line Diagrams down in order to estimate the cost, discuss and modify the inquiries according to customer requirements, technical standards and availability in the market. I keep following up with my clients and expand the circle of relations in order to rise company's name in the market which will consequently enhance our chances in making deals and getting projects.
Planning, organizing, and supervising the promoters and promotion events depending on the nature of the event and the client requirements.
Seasons job ( one month each year during Hajj).
Planning and controlling crowd movement and ensuring the safety in the train station, by communicating my team members, control rooms, third parties and the other teams in the different areas of the station.
