- Design of FIMBank Saudi Factoring Business Strategy;
- Leading full acquisition and restructuring of FIMBank Factoring business in Egypt (Egypt Factors);
- Best Regional Factoring House by Global Trade Review in 2013, 2014 & 2015
- Establishing and leading the Emerging Corporates/Mid. Caps business line in HSBC Bank Egypt. Responsibilities included designing the strategic plan, (Business Structure, Product Offering, Delivery Channels, Credit Policy, Process Work flow, Procedure Manuals, and Management Information Reports), Selection and Recruitment, and monitoring the overall performance and profitability of the business line.
- Leading Four Corporate Banking sub-divisions (+50 staff ranging from Junior Analysts to Relationship Executives) covering North & Central Egypt. This is in addition to a dedicated Product Enhancement sub-team. Business products offering included a wide portfolio of Asset, Liability and Cash Management Solutions

- Setting and overlooking implementation of the SME Banking Strategy, including, Product Offering and Pricing strategies (Liability and Transaction Banking, Working Capital Finance, Trade Finance, Receivables Finance and Business Credit Cards), Recruitment and Staffing (Sales Force, Credit Analysts, Business Development), Delivery Channels (Branch Commercial Centers, Business ATMs, Business Internet Banking and Inbound/Outbound Call Centers) and SME Banking Promotional activities (Above and Below the line).
- Co-manager of the project in charge of launching Yallabusiness.com, the first public Egyptian web portal directed towards SME education and business facilitation.

Providing Consulting financial guidance to board members of Middle East Public companies on how to ensure good governance of their companies from a strategy, finance, accounting and risk management perspectives.
Main activities included designing and delivering training courses for board members on Strategy, International/Generally Accepted accounting standards, fraudulent/creative accounting practices, financial statement analysis, valuations for day-to-day business and mergers and acquisitions, effect of managerial decisions on stock market valuation, enterprise risk management, and advisory services to companies with respect to the good financial governance and risk management models.

- Design and training some of the high profile Board Members in major listed Egyptian companies and the GCC;
- Successful Business consulting projects to enhance Corporate Governance in Egypt and the GCC.
Managing the largest HSBC custody department in the Middle East and handling the Fund Management of portfolios of some of the largest European and US Global Custodians, Broker-Dealers, Mutual Funds and Private Banks.
- Heading Client Relationship team and acting as focal point of escalation for all client service matters;
- Heading Operations teams activities for all transaction related matters;
- Main market contact point with regulators for addressing client-related matters.
