Assess the activities and performance of the staff by evaluating
transaction reports and accounts balanced for accuracy and clarity.

Maintain the bank's credibility by requiring employees to operate at a
professional level.
Perform some managerial duties besides doing the same tasks as a
teller.

credit cards, and checkbooks.
Increase sales and customer retention by explaining the financial
