•Lead supervision, guidance and monitoring the consultant team (Inspectors, QA/QC & planners) to achieve the project targets and expeditors with regards to daily duties relating to project standards.
•Follow up and review the entire project key performance indicator (KPI) in line with Saudi Diyar consultant targets.
•Review design for contract conformance.
•Analyzing variation orders, payment certificates and bills of quantities.
•Managing submittals of shop drawings / materials approvals.
•Preparation of reports to the client.
•Site meetings for progress as well as coordination.

•Inspected work according to contract’s documents for consultant approval.
•Coordination between Architectural design and other disciplines.
•Involve in issuing required Request for inspection and/or information.
•Analyzing variation and/or change notice and responding accordingly.
Steel structure erection, geo-technical engineering, structural analysis, construction inspection, quality control and material testing. Projects that involved material testing, quality control, and inspection include; Lorton waste water treatment plant Fairfax, VA USA. and Ridgeview office building at Westfields, Fairfax, VA.

Construction inspection, Steel structure erection, quality control, material testing, project management and subcontractor supervision Projects included: High way constructions @Alignment (B) in Prince WilliamParkway, VA, Gas Stations in Northern VA for Exxon co. USA, Site development for residential Houses at Blooms Crossings, Manassas, VA and Foundation systems and retaining structures for various projects. Projects that involved computer aided design and drafting include: Single and multiple family housing in Northern Virginia and Eastern Maryland for Centex Homes and multiple family housing in Northern Virginia and Eastern Maryland for Centex.
•Prepare contract’s statement of work in sufficient details to allow prospective sellers to determine if they are capable of providing the product.
•Receive bids or proposals and apply defined selection criteria to select one or more subcontractors who are qualified to perform the work.
•Complete Supervision of all Subcontractors; negotiate change orders and coordination of estimates.
Project included a seven story switch gear building.
fluent in English, Certification from columbia university NY, USA Certified from Council of engineering Washington DC.in Soil, Concrete & Asphalt inspections. Familiar with ASTM, BS & Code of practice.
