Mange account receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments
· Process invoices, payments and reconcile financial discrepancies
· Conduct regulator audits to ensure accurate financial data
· Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations

Perform general bookkeeping duties including managing accounts payables, accounts receivables and financial reconciliation
· Ensure business transaction are reported in accordance with GAAP
· Work closely with team members to assist with month end closing

· Assest with the annual audit process including draft of the financial statements and related notes.
· Research and analyze expenses variance for company management

Assist in recording daily financial transactions
· Assist in managing financial records, invoices, payroll and budging to ensure smooth financial operations
· Prepare and process invoices, payments and bank reconciliation

· Prepare financial reports for internal use and management review
