Since date September 1994. I worked as a Construction Manager in Isam Kabbani & Partners (CRES) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a subsidiary of Isam Kabbani & Partners Group, now ranking No. 39 among the Top 100 Companies in Saudi Arabia CRES is a services Company dealing in Sales at Specialized Contracts for supply and apply for concrete repair or various injection work and as key supply and apply work for VANDEX and I introduce new system MACALLOY as we are working in various projects in central region and roofing works and also installation at its line of products and manpower, My responsibilities is to ensure a continuous flow of successful sales of contracts for the company.
I started my work in CRES Riyadh as a Sales Engineer eight years ago getting marked leads Contracting Clients, Studying inquires and evaluating specifications and needs marking cost analyses and designing complete proposal and clients to eventually get contracts to execute the works needed. I have developed excellent relationships with various local and foreign clients during this period and was duly promoted to Contracts Manger position with more exposure control and assuming more responsible over the company's contracts it preparation claims scheduling etc.

• 19-05-1991 to 13-11-92: Project Manager for Project I.C Hospital for consultant AL-Hariri consulting co. location in Syria (Aleppo) . At the value 26, 000.000.00 Lira.
Finally, I was promoted to be the Sales Manager of CRES-Riyadh to develop sales business of Concrete Repair & Protection works which is including Industrial Flooring, Protective Coating, and Concrete Structural Rehabilitations. The responsibilities invoice general planning, Sales & Marketing and coordination.
