• Lead system enhancement projects and modifications on the in-house ERP.
• Develop timely business reports and create solutions for data visualization using several reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel and SSRS and maintain Dashboards.
• Lead the IT discussions and development requirements initiated by Procurement department to verify requirements and develop the new requested modifications on the system.
• Manage testing of the implemented enhancements on the ERP system.
• Provide support to the users on the ERP system and other third party applications used by Procurement department.
• Provide training for users on new product features and provide on-going system support.
• Manage the entire Information System procedures and processes in the Supply Chain Department.
• Deliver IT training for government employees.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and business reports.
• Perform requirements gathering and systems analysis for enhancements and modifications on the ERP system.
• Manage the administration of user roles on the ERP system.
• Develop and maintain business reports including Crystal reports, SSRS reports and Tableau dashboards.
• Design, implementation and management of SQL views, User Views, Tables, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of the ERP (Synergetic), Community Portal, Web Portal, and Mobile application, and 3rd party add -on applications.
• Responsible for optimizing the use of Synergetic through expansion of functionality not currently in use.
• Develop and maintain User Forms for windows and web.
• Ensure the smooth transition with upgrades to new versions of Synergistic, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI and future applications that integrate with Synergetic.
• Administer agreed guidelines for effective management of database security for Module allocations, web portal access, Crystal Reports, SSRS and GL permissions.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support to users for the ERP (Synergetic Application Suite).
• Provide training to new and existing staff on a planned and as required basis.
• Implement ERP related projects successfully within predetermined timeframes and budget.
• Work directly with systems developers by performing requirements gathering and coordinate the requirements between Procurement and Information Systems section.
• Manage system enhancement projects and modifications on the in-house ERP as requested by commercial department.
• Take responsibility of the resolution of incidents raised by end users to ensure the effective running of the operation.
• Conduct training for users on new product features and provide on-going system support.
• Extract and analyze data to generate ad-hoc reports and develop data visualizations.
• Develop sophisticated business reports to be integrated with existing ERP for management use.
• Conduct new product testing to determine compatibility with current systems and ensure it has the required attributes and identify which benefits are most important to users.
• Participate in the development and implementation of system installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems to initiate and implement suitable modifications upon approval.
• Deliver below technical courses:
o Oracle 10g (SQL, PL/SQL).
o Fundamentals of Project Management.
o Microsoft Project Basic & Advanced.
o Microsoft SQL Server (Database programming.
o Crystal Reports.
o VBA Programming.
o MS Office Applications.
• Provide applications support by performing applications upgrade and configuration as per the client's requirements.
• Perform Oracle lab setup and installation/configuration of Oracle database software as per the course specifications and technical requirements.
• Attend incidents for early resolution as first and second line support.
• Use SQL and automated tools for to generate ad-hoc reports.
• Manage system enhancements requests.
• Review technical designs with concerned teams in IT to ensure that solution is modular and has the appropriate level of scalability for the given architecture and performance SLAs.
• Give necessary training and support to end users on Core Banking System and other implemented systems.
• Provide user requirements, review of designs and test new developed systems before acceptance and go live.
• Get actively involved in IT Projects.
• Deliver training and professional IT courses.
• Provide support/trouble shooting on related IT issues.
• Perform technical lab setup and software installation/configuration.
