- Establishing systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency
and effectiveness of the service offering.
- Arranging hospitality, room layout and eq uipment for
participants attending workshops and events, liaison with
trainers, booking training rooms, printing and distributing course
materials and ensuring required equipment is available and in
working order for the efficient running of all relevant events.
- Carrying out research as directed into training providers or other
information.
- Assisting w ith the performance development scheme process;
ensuring documentation is returned and logged in line with the
procedural timelines and reports produced, working with the
other members of the people services team as, necessary.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and easily accessib le
records and processes for all learning and development activities
and processes including recording and monitoring attendance,
ensuring that staff required to attend specific workshops are
easily identified and followed up.
- Liaising with line managers and delegates to ensure all staff are
booked on required events within agreed timeframes.
- Working closely with the learning and development p artner to
design and communicate administrative procedures for the
booking of both in-house and external training courses.
- Ensuring evaluation forms are completed and returned for each
development event; contributing to the identification of learning
and development needs within the organisation through the
completion of training needs analysis via performance
management scheme returns and feedback from managers and
other staff.
- Advising st aff on training policies and procedures including
resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the
operation of the learning and organisation development area.
- Managing our annual mandatory training calendar ensuring f ull
completion within targeted timescales and providing timely and
accurate updates to people services partners and senior leaders
- Developing and maintain productive working relationships with
external providers of learning solutions.
- The Saudization Department always strives to attract qualified
Saudis, work on their development and motivate them through
continuous monitoring to integrate into the labor market faster.
- Provide functional and psychological stability to the new Saudi
employees.
- Work on a plan to avoid any issues might face employees and
make sure that the group companies find suitable applicants for
its requirements.
- Achieve the required p percentage of the Ministry of Labor
- Managing and Supervise number of Saudi Students study and train for two
years of the employment program to qualify fresh Saudi
graduates for technical positions,
- Make sure that all Saudi employees are Registered in the
Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to motivate into programs offered by the (HRDF)
- Find solutions for companies in order to achieve the vision of
the Ministry of Labor in the Saudization program.

- Re-scheduling appointments for patients at the doctor's request.
- Facilitating medical procedures for patients.
Dealing with VIPs in case of a doctor visit request.
- Financial management of the daily clinic.
- Provide support for clinics that need staff support for frequent overcrowding.
