My responsibilities, skills, and experience
• prepare project risk register on weekly basis with proposed actions to eliminate the risk, evaluating Contractor’s programme and progress, preparing weekly project reports and special reports to the Client.(Primavera P6, MS.Excel, MS.Word)
• identify critical and sub-critical activities of the project and to analyze their impact on overall completion schedule considering the actual status and trends.(Primavera P6)
• calculate manpower requirement, equipment deployment, consumables & tool and plant requirement according to the project requirement
• follow up the subcontractor, material procurement, preparing the project report, programme updates, attend progress meetings, and follow up the work on site, preparation of payment and claims.

about project :This project is considered the biggest to extend the Holy Mosque for 14 centuries, as the Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosque laid the corner stone of this huge project, on 2nd Safar 1409H, corresponding to 13/9/1988G. The project extension includes the addition of a part to the mosque building from the Western
side, and benefit from the roof of the holy mosque, of which its area is 61, 000 meter square. Therefore, the holy mosque can accommodate about one and a half Million prayers during the Season of Hajj, Umrah and
Ramadan. Additionally, two new minarets were built and the number of minarets reached to Nine. The height of each minaret is 89 Meters.

Gasoline station is located on the road in Latakia - kasab consists of the main building, which contains administration rooms, laundries, washing and lubricants for motor vehicles, etc., and an umbrella for gasoline and diesel fuel pumps and tanks for storing gasoline and diesel fuel.
There is a seismic break up until the bottom of the foundation, because the length significantly compared with depth.

The second parts locates on the sea side and consists of water sports (Water slides, swimming pools for children, and Indoor Swimming Pool), marina, Leisure center, floating restaurant.
The importance of this project stems from the proposed solution to design the structural elements, that locates on the rocky slope and the method used to protect the buildings from the sea waves
