Duties:
-Designing of engineering drawings for the preliminary and detailed design phases for miscellaneous infrastructure projects utilizing International aviation standards and guidelines.
-Designing utility diversion schemes and drawings for No Objection Certificate (NOC) applications to be approved by Local Utilities Authorities.
-Coordinating with all the services providers in our scope of work in order to provide protection for the utilities and preparing relocation corridors.
-Dealing with authorities such as: (FEWA, Etisalat, DU, Municipalities…etc).
-Directing and overseeing work of CAD technicians in development of design drawings.
-Preparing technical specifications for civil engineering elements of infrastructure projects.
-Preparation of project cost estimates and tender documents.
-Collaboration with planning staff in projects development.
-Assisting Construction Supervision staff in project execution during construction including preparation of change orders, site visits for inspections, etc.
-Assisting Project Managers in all stages of the projects, including preparation of supporting materials and attendance at various meetings.
-Preparation of responses to questions and evaluation of tenders.
-Be responsible for design quality control and quality assurance.
-Preparing design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
-Interpreting survey results into technical drawings.
-Periodic sites visits to have a clear imagine about the site conditions and install all the information in our drawings.
-Updating actual Progress and all related information and comparison analysis.
Projects:
1- Fujairah - Khor Fakkan Road E99 (Widening + Service Roads)
a. Budget: 800 Million AED
b. Client: Fujairah Municipality
c. Consultant: CONSER Consulting Engineers
d. Project description: Expansion of 25 km highway that connects Fujairah with Khor-Fakkan including 5 proposed interchanges. The project involved concrete works (bridges, culverts and tunnels), paving and agricultural works (green lawns), and electrical work (lighting and road signs).
2 - Fujairah Bypass Road
a. Budget: 600 Million AED
b. Client: Fujairah Municipality
c. Consultant: CONSER Consulting Engineers
d. Project description: New Bypass Road of 20km to be as the second arterial after E99 starting from Sakamkam and ends at Qidfa, the road will pass through the mountains in different ways.
3 - Urban Planning for new land in Fujairah
a. Budget: 400 Million AED
b. Client: Fujairah Municipality
c. Consultant: CONSER Consulting Engineers
d. Project description: Determine the best way to use the available land and make the traffic analysis to classify the roads (local, collectors, arterial….etc) and keep the bigger picture in mind when creating the plans.
4 - Emergency Action Plan for all the Dams in UAE
a. Budget: 500 Thousand AED
b. Client: Ministry of Environment and Water
c. Consultant: CONSER Consulting Engineers
d. Project description: Preparation of Framework for Emergency Action Plans for over 100 Dams in UAE and classify the Dams into groups by the hazard level for each one.
5 - Storm Water Management for Wadi Sha’am in Ras Al-Khaimah
a. Budget: 300 Million AED
b. Client: Ministry of Public Works
c. Consultant: CONSER Consulting Engineers
d. Project description: Design for storm water channels in Wadi Sha’am and take the water to an existing dam in the middle of the village.

Duties:
-Searching for new clients who could benefit from my products in a designated region.
-Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
-Calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents to meet customer deadlines.
-Offer after-sales service and support to develop and grow long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
-Attend occasional site visits and customer meetings in order to provide technical expertise for the product.
-Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs.
-Generating technical sales proposals and contracts (Statement of Work, Services Proposals).
-Managing and prioritizing day to day activities including quote, order and invoice deadlines.
-Attending and/or participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
-Meeting with customers to assist in technical aspects of business development.
University Graduation Project: Pavement Condition Index (PCI): It is widely used in transportation civil engineering, It is a statistical measure and requires manual survey of the pavement, PCI surveying processes and calculation methods have been standardized by ASTM for both roads and airport pavements.
