Court Appointed Field Inspection (appointed by the Jordanian court (Palace of Justice) to conduct an immediate inspection for Rotana Hotel Tower/Amman in order to aid in solving a dispute between two subcontractors as well as presenting the court with a detailed report regarding the design, interior works, equipment and systems).
Appointed as the General Manager in Amman, Jordan and Jeddah, KSA;
Supervised the construction of the Main Eastern Channel and three subsidiary channels in Jeddah, KSA, in addition to various micro projects in Jordan.
Awarded a subcontract for procurement of defined concrete lining works from Nesma & Partners Contracting Ltd, with its client, the Emarat of Makah Province. (Contract No. 11- 2012: Procurement and construction of Ghaia Dam; (Ghaia -2) package; Um Hablain Dam (Uha-2) package; Daghbag Dam (Dag- 2) package 4, and Braiman Dam (Bar- 2) Package; located in Jeddah, KSA, and valued at approximately 16 Million SAR.

Responsible for Petra Forum Hotel (currently Crown Plaza Petra) renovation project: Following up for renovation works, interior works, electro mechanical works and fire alarm and fighting system.
In charge of the construction of wastewater treatment plant and lifting stations (500 cubic meters daily) for Petra Forum Hotel & Movenpick Hotel.
In charge of the design and construction of Zarka Commercial Center (4000 m2).
In charge of the design and construction of Petra Forum Hotel extension (67 rooms).
In charge of the design and construction of Rest House extension (42 rooms).
In charge of furnishing and supervising the interior designs with equipment for Petra Forum Hotel, Rest House extension.
