Managing and Tracking a project for enhancing the collection and tracking of Riyadh Region projects details for the High Commission of Ar Riyadh Development and working on generating progress reports for his highness the prince of Riyadh.

- Helping in formulating new ideas and being involved in all the steps toward getting products online and running, (e.g. www.youconvertit.com and www.wujwuj.com), some of those products are complex systems that involves various technologies and techniques, hence; major part of the success of those products depends on successful architecture that was one of my responsibilities.
- During this period I have enhanced my software architecture, team coordination and leadership, research and development skills.

- Development or supervising the development of more than 20 web solutions, during this period I have enhanced my skills in leadership and client communication.
- Introduction of DNN to the company which enhanced the time needed and the final quality of web solution produced

- Management of network and hardware and monitoring for any possible threats.
- Envisioning technology needed to meet marketing and financial goals.
- Enhancement of existing system and/or managing and development of any additions or change requests or new systems.
- Managing client needs dealing with reported problems to a satisfactory resolution.
- Training, supervision, performance measurement of technical stuff.
- Management and support of implementation efforts, particularly with integration efforts of clients’ legacy data and systems.
- Supporting sales efforts by preparing and presenting demos, collecting requirements.
- Led the refactoring efforts of the system to make it multi-lingual system with many other enhancements (e.g. componentizing the system and introduction to JavaScript call-backs “AJAX”).
- Served as liaison between contracted developers, upper management, clients and development team.
- Developed operational procedures and corporate methodologies.
