• Sales Teams: Manage sales teams and identify sales people with the right capability to target new customers and extend the sale of ABK products.
• Credit Review: Review applications before submitting to Retail Lending Unit and making sure that are matching the internal lending policies and the applications are not violating the Central Bank of Kuwait rules and instructions.
• Training: Ensure sales people are fully trained in products and sales techniques
• Cross selling: Handle growth opportunities and support cross selling in order to be able to establish targets
• Support to branches: Coach branches in their outdoor visits and sales campaigns
• Customer service: ensuring that customers are fully satisfied, solving complaint within SLA and making sure that Customer satisfaction score for all teams is 95%and more measured by Call Center
• Marketing and sales materials: Provide sales support and follow through to product campaigns and initiatives
• Data capture: Capture prospective customer data so that sales calls and visits can be made
• Database: Provide a comprehensive database and ensure information for campaigns and cross-selling is readily available
• Partner relations Handle partner relationships to partners deliver in line with ABK needs
Sales follow-through Provide leads to other channels and ensure full information is available for follow-up
-Responsible for organizing, managing and leading the team in order to meet our targets
-checking all the application before submitting to credit officer
-make all reports of all the products (loans, low cost deposit, credit card….)
-reporting directly to Head Of Sales)
-make the weekly and monthly action plan to find the available approach for achieving targets
-Responsibility over 25 staff (including team leader)
-Monitoring of the performance
-Planning for new business (action plans, reports)
-Knowing the needs of the market through various relationships
-Assist all sales executives in the sale and marketing of the bank’s products and services, in order to foster a sales approach
-Establishing new locations that helps in generating more business
-Ability to coordinate between the set targets from the management and allocating them to the staff
-Monitor the training needs of staff and report the same to the Head of Sales unit in order to contribute to staff career planning and ensure professional staff performance
