1- Coordinate with contractors construction manager in order to
schedule the implementation of logistics plan in logical steps and planned time required to meet deadlines.
2- Identify labor requirements and monitor the contractor procedures to dispatch workers to construction site areas.
3- Inspect and review site construction activities in order to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
4- Verify scope of work implemented on site as per the contract and coordinate with the contractor & subcontractors teams.
5- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses to supervise or initiate contractor site activities.
6-Monitor RFI correspondence and filing site documentation.
Identify material requirements to complete construction projects.
7- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
8- Communicate with the contractor team in order to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
9- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
10- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.

Senior Structural Engineer (DEC 2013 - DEC 2018)


1.Preparing structural designs and drawings for projects.
2.Overseeing building works (Reinforced concrete footings works, Reinforced concrete skeleton works, etc.) And preparing site reports.
3.Providing technical advice problem solving.
Liaising with clients.
4.Overseeing finishing works (Plaster works, Paints works, Gypsum board works, etc.) And preparing site reports.

Quality Control Engineer (JAN 2019 - OCT 2020)


1.Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.

2.Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

3.Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.

4.Develop Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

5.Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

6.Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.

7.Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

8.Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.

9.Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.

10.Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.
