• On a regular basis, measure the project safety performance in regards to safety culture among workers, training hours, incident and near miss records, injuries response and statistics and corrective actions implementation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly safety status report to Safety and project managers addressing advice, events, weaknesses and improvement.

• Leading team of 8 safety officers distributed into construction sites for continuous safety supervision.
