A real life case study during the transformation of Irbid Electricity Co. being an electricity distribution utility from public into private organization governed by the Distribution License boundaries issued by ERC, and the constraint of the new business model introducing major changes into the organizational dimensions. The researcher was able to observe, monitor, and measure the resistance levels towards important dimensions of the new business model, identifying main weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and threats. Finally the study suggested some recommendations that founded to be very useful facilitating the transformational objectives.
