Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing major issues pertaining to onshore/offshore installation, commissioning, start-up and maintenance of following equipments:
- Gas Turbines (Mid Ranges)
- Gas Compressors (Dry & Wet Seal)
- Gas Generators.
• Providing support for installation and maintenance of retrofit kit. Directing, monitoring and coordinating sectional processes, evaluations and plans to guarantee standard running conditions of installed equipments.
• Conducting vibration analysis, failure analysis, field balancing and borescope inspections, identifying root causes of the failures and implementing corrective measures to prevent their reoccurrence.
• Ascertaining that customers' operators/maintenance personnel are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Troubleshooting problems or abnormal occurrences in Allen Bradelly PLC and package instrumentation (switches, transmitters, RTD's), advising on most suitable remedy and optimizing procedures to ensure minimum disruption in operations.
• Maintaining procedural adherence and resolving unexpected technical difficulties, identifying bottlenecks and overseeing software modification, as per set standards.
• Inspecting safety facilities, detecting existing/ potential accident and health hazards as well as determining corrective/preventative measures to improve safety management programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Performed periodical maintenance checks and remedial maintenance for gas turbine, gas compressors, air compressors, generators and fire pump as per prescribed procedures to ensure efficient machine performance and to minimize unscheduled stoppages/ delays.
• Monitored overhaul of gas compressors. Analyzed utilization, equipment reliability and other measures necessary to prepare annual and long range forecasts for maintenance of rotating equipments.
• Scrutinized equipment problems and extended action plans for continuous improvements. Evaluated all equipments to ensure standards of performance, quality, cost and safety are met.
• Submitted monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate flaws in maintenance. Suggested possible avenues of improving the process/safety procedures.
• Provided support to concerned departments for drafting proposals for new equipment/modifications as well as retrofits to existing equipments.
• Ensured procedural adherence, troubleshot unexpected technical anomalies to ascertain efficient performance.
• Monitored quality standards and safety measures on the site, and ascertained that all operational regulations are adhered to.
