• Responsible for preparation and development of documents and drawings pertaining to instrument such as pressure, level, flow, temperature, Operated Valves, and control system and that include but not limited to the followings:
• Documents Lists, List of Deliverables, Material requisition, Basis of Design, Construction Scope of Work, Instrument Index, Instrument Specification Sheet, Instrument Installation Schedule, Functional Specification Design, Input/ Output (I/O) List & counts, Cable & Conduit Schedule, Process Control Narrative and Material Take-Off Lists.
• Drawing Lists, Block Diagram, Instrument Interconnection Diagram, Instrument Detail Design, Instrument Cable Route, Instrument Loop Diagram, Instrument Cause & Effect, Instrument Logic Diagram and System Architecture.
• System related, Distributed Control System (DCS), Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Direct Digital Current (DDC), Programable Logic Controller (PLC).
• System wiring from field to control room. Developing all wiring drawings such as wiring diagram, loop wiring diagram, logic diagram and I/O list. Identifying all SCADA signals as per field requirements.

• Prepare Testing Equipment.
• Calibration for Testing Equipment.
• Setting Testing Site.
• Prepare Data sheet for the Test.
• Running test, collect data and samples.
• Writing report for every Field Test.
• All test and method should comply with USA-EPA (Environment Protection Agency).
