 Analyse data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively (HR modules) according to IT specifications.
 Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs and participate in all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design.
 Supervise, lead, and make oral presentations to management provide coverage and coordinate the activities of and train staff performing related work.
 Provides day-to-day advice, interpretation, and support to client departments regarding the application of human resources policies, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
 Prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
 Involved in tracking, identifying, monitoring, and communicating the issues related to the project, and closely tracking the contingencies that have occurred during the entire course.
 Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
