Analyse data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively (HR modules) according to IT specifications.
Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs and participate in all system tests to ensure compatibility of production design into functional design.
Supervise, lead, and make oral presentations to management provide coverage and coordinate the activities of and train staff performing related work.

Follow up the attendance and absences employees and handling all types of exception and vacations via (MENA ME - HRIS).
Conducting orientation program for new employees in collaboration with the department’s supervisors.
Maintain relevant KPI’s (Key performance Indicators) for all the employees.
Contact and Handling all the issues related to social insurance office & labour bureau inspection visits.
Carried out Staff appraisal, Managed Performance, and disciplined Staff.
Providing advice/details on all queries related to OD activities to all Departments, and compiling processing feedback reports.
Building a System to Motivate and empower employees To Solve problems in the Work.

Prepare Monthly Training calendar for RTC.

Prepare Job analysis, Job Descriptions and Job Specifications of all positions.
Conducting HR screening CB interviews, and last step hiring interviews.
