In charge of M2M & IoT business line in Orange Egypt
Set up M2M/IoT partnership business unit in the commercial department: o Develop and manage strategic partnerships in M2M/IoT and mobile applications business segments. o Define selection criteria for partners in each vertical. o Identify key partnerships required in targeted verticals such as utilities smart metering, telematics, retail devices, security, and fleet management to achieve sales, revenue and quality targets. o Develop joint go to market plans with key partners. o Design and implement commission scheme for M2M/IoT partners.
o Generating new leads from individual data base & contacts. o Recruiting and managing a network of agents. o Checking IPMS for leads and available units & prices to tell. o Supervising meetings held with agents & customers. o Conducting market survey and providing detailed results and market analysis within the regions assigned to me. o Follow-up on pending procedures regarding closed deals. o Generating activity reports. o Assigning new leads to their appropriate destination among team members. o Follow-up on agents for new leads & providing them with project update(s). o Conveying new information among team members. o Follow-up on prospect customers. o Responsible of international accounts; Bahrain & Libya. o Generating forecast for next month expected sales. o Shadowing new comers and providing them with product knowledge.
o Working with and developing existing contacts. Building own list of potential clients, prospects and referrals from historic contacts.
o Identifying and maintaining relationships with senior decision makers and influencers.
o Working with other functional groups within the company and introduce appropriate experts (Technical and/or presales engineers) to sales prospects.
o Becoming and remaining familiar with the company’s products and services.
o Executing marketing and sales strategies.

o Distribution of relevant parts of the client’s specifications to concerned departments of the company.

o Prepare the quotation in the light of the relevant procedures, company policy and guidelines.

o Preparing the input for contract negotiations with client.
o Preparing & handling over the project documents to the project management department.
o Prepare the inputs required for use in the department, budget and reports.
o Cost collection and budget control of the running projects.
