Responsibilities Included During My Working In PGESCo Projects: -

• Evaluating the Variations and Cost estimating for all additional works added to the scope of work.
• Negotiating & finalizing numerous variations with the Owner and all Contractors.
• Formulating Change Orders to existing contracts for change in scope and/or pricing for any
modification in the Contract drawings, specifications etc.
• Attending weekly meetings with all Contractors and Owner for discussion the design progress,
Coordination, Erection, and work problems.
• Recording the minutes of meetings and preparing the agenda for the next meeting.
• Preparing any Amendment for each Contract Packages (if needed)
• Preparing daily logs for (Change Notice, Invoices, Backcharge, Amendment) from/to site, for controlling the project system to each Contractor, in addition help/feedback the teamwork and the Owner staff.
• Clarifying any technical issue which needs explains on the Contract and that may impede the work progress.
• Tracking and control the process of Back-Charging from contractor to another (if any)
• Tracking and control the punch list items and issuing it with the Construction Completion
Certificates CCCs, and TOACs.
• Formulating the Contracts correspondences & reply it for the Contractors and Owner.
• Reviewing the insurance documents submitted by the contractors.
• Reviewing the invoices submitted by the contractors to be sure that is according to the Contract
requirements.
• Monitoring the performance of awarded contracts, checking and agreeing the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the life of the Contracts and at completion of the work.
• Manage the correspondences with the owner's representative as well as the Contractors over contractual matters & disputes, including notices of delay/disruption events and claims for
additional works as may be raised by the Contractors.
• Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner.
• Effectively liaised with the contract advisor in preparation of claims and provided particulars
related to the project programmed necessary for substantiation of claims.
• Follow-up and develop the general conditions in accordance with Bechtel system requirements.
• Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments in addition practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration, amendment and close-out.
• Adding and share input in historical data for the PGESCo lesson learned to transfer the history and experience of the project to other projects.

Main Contractor: Consolidated Contractors Company KPF project (SAUDI ARABIA)
Responsibilities Included: -
DESIGN: • Redesign of plumbing, drinking & utility water lines for all buildings, and made (Plans, ISO), additionally get
approval from SNAMPROGETTI.
• Redesign of landscape layout around all buildings.
COORDINATION: • Coordination of all under ground works, and made master plans, that were not found in this project previously to solve any clashes before starting the work.
• Coordination of drawings prepared by contractor's consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors as well as other relevant engineering aspects for implementing architectural, civil, structural & MEP works.
• Mobilization for KHAFJI project-SA (Site Offices, Camps Layout, Main Offices Layout, Medical Unit, PMV,
Carpentry Shop, Paint Shop, Warehouse, Civil Store and Different Unit Plans) and adding all Facilities,
Network U/G, Water Lines, Drainage Lines, Fire Prevention, Electrical Cable, Generators and Septic Tanks.
ENGINEERING: • Made layout of Pavements (asphalt & concrete paving) for finishing all areas.
• Solving some of site construction problems and giving details with material clearness.
• Checked of details & shop drawings & QTY for grating, steel ladders and handrails in addition to giving
