- Conduct Mechanical and electrical control systems design drawings reviews for all
Pearl towers, Retail shops and villas - submitted by consultants- and ensure that these
Properties meet the Pearl Smart / Green Island specifications.
- Review the Heat load calculations of cooling loads for all The Pearl towers, villa
retails, with full coordination and compatibility with Pearl District Cooling Plant.
- Review and coordinate with the distribution of the district cooling loads for the whole Island.
- Excellent knowledge in District cooling system.
- Check all buildings materials submittals - submitted by the buildings consultants, and ensure it is aligned with TPQ specifications.
- Monitor all the works progress on sites, and ensure it will be handed over in timely
Manner.
- Evaluating Contractors/ Consultants tenders for Design and Built projects,
- Follow up all Qatar Civil Defense requirements in The Pearl Towers.
- Witness the testing and commissioning for MEP systems in Towers.
- Taking over the Pearl Towers and infrastructure services from consultants.
- Excellent knowledge in MEP Infrastructure services.
- Trouble shooting for installed MEP systems in towers.
- Review all new designs for the new developments in the Pearl Island.
