● Ensure billing completed works on time to ensure that money spent by the company on different projects is paid back as per contractual terms.
● Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the work of the project.
● Ensure that adequate assignments are given to each team member on a daily basis.
● Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of subcontractors’ monthly payment applications and finalize the payment certificates.
● Make sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order.
● Evaluate the unit rates for new work items.
● Preparation of variation orders.
● Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements.
● Check and record measurements of completed work.
● Prepare monthly accomplishment or progress reports for the Executives.
● Undertake costs analysis for project work which includes working budget and cost adjustments during the project period, provide advice on contractual claims, and prepare variations to be collected before the closing of the project.
● Assess the anticipated cost of the project.
● Lead in the preparation of Interim Payment Applications with supporting documents in accordance with PWA Contractors Payment. This includes, o Valuing/Consolidating completed work for the given particular billing period; to be submitted and evaluated by the Consultant on or before the required submission date.
● Ensure to prepare the collectible amount based on the accomplishment done during the billing period of each project.
● Ensure effective interaction between the commercial team and the operational site teams.
● Supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors.
● Full assistance on documentation/recording and other related matters with staff required by the project manager.
● Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
● Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
● Full support in promoting and maintaining a harmonious working environment within the department and other departments.

• Preparation of Interim Payment Applications with supporting documents in accordance with contractors payment procedure
• Prepare and Update the monitoring of INRs for all activities as per site progress in order to identify and trace the missing activities. This includes:
1) Assessing the progress on site and coordinating with all concerned disciplines for the measurement of quantities.
2) Ensure that all the activities subjected to claim are supported by proper INRs to avoid any delay in payment on a daily basis.

• Supporting in the evaluation of Claims.
• Preparation of variation proposals and quantity takeoffs.
• Validate and certify Subcontractor and Supplier Payments. This includes, Monitoring and reviewing INRs, MIRs, and delivery notes.
• Assists in the analysis and preparation of new rates.
• Carry out take-offs for material procurement
• Preparing monthly accomplishment report for the executives
• Maintaining logs - site instruction log, commercial, contractual documents, all guarantees, and insurance.
• Maintain constant communication with direct supervisors with regard to proposed design, cost plans, cost strategies, life cycle costing, and sustainability costing.
