Managing the implementation and support of Thales (Gemalto) projects: ODC, DMC, AOTA, PCB for many customers such as Vodafone, Bouygues, Ooredoo, Fastweb, Welcom, Virgin, Optimus, Cyta, Touch, Alfa, ..etc

Managing the bids of Mobinets solution for multiple operators such as MarocTelecom, PTCL, Omantel, Alfa, ..etc
Creating the project plan based on the SoW, resources availability, Timelines, and cost for each element.

Providing project reports to the required standard and deadlines.
Planning and co-ordinating resources and technical support.
Assisting with contractual correspondence.
Establishing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules and deliverables.

- Responsible for Mobinets application integration on customers and local platforms.
- Determine and implement the right structure and deployment mode of Mobinets solution.
- Handle integration/IT parts of cutomers' RFP(s).
-Bring stability and certainty to the staff by seperating those who are to leave from those who will continue.
-Identify early the constraining factors that are unspoken and unseen.
-Having a clear understanding of the business strategy and ensure decisions are aligned accordingly.
- Bring out the potential issues and clearing away potential barriers.
-Get things done with grace and under pressure.
-Make key decisions and back them up.
- Establish new relationships and partnerships with regional and international suppliers such as Microsoft, Google, and Oracle
-Build the confidence and trust needed with integration/IT teams.
- Excellent PM skills (clear assignments, disciplined timelines, and coordinated meeting schedules, communication mechanisms and review processes).
- Plan, assign, manage, and monitor all IT/integration activities.
- Design and implement Mobinets Network(s).
- Enhance and maintain Mobinets security.
- Organize and manage end users support.
- Responsible of all IT procurements materials and building strong and long-terms relationships with suppliers.

-Ensure the development of strategic goals, business plans, budgets and resources for the IT function in accordance with Al Toukhi overall strategy and direction.
-Provide direction for the development of adequate policies and processes for the IT function.
-Promote environment with clear and defined employees’ responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
-Align & update the IT function’s strategic goals with AlToukhi’s overall strategic goals and ensures mechanism of achieving these goals.
-Define & own the IT vision, mission, and goals that will enable Al Toukhi to maintain its competitive advantage
-Identify and recommend strategic IT procurement initiatives with preferred vendors for bulk purchase in coordination with Procurement.
-Act as a pragmatic technology advocate and advise the senior management on how future technology can be identified and integrated into the business.
-Direct the preparation of IT cost benefit analysis for new IT projects, and recommend IT vendors.
-Review IT RFP, assess technical proposals, and manage IT related vendors and contracts, and monitors service quality.
-Track IT staff skills and training needs and provide training, guidance and coaching.
-Manage software version and license agreements.
-Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
-Contact and Manage service providers.
-Ensure IT functions are continuously evaluated to assess current capability against potential threats and technological developments in the market place.
-Ensure staff is well trained, developed, and motivated.
-Oversee the implementation of ERP modules, identifies organizational processes to be realigned, and ensures constant support on all technical matters and issues.
-Oversee employees’ performance evaluation processes, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on performance appraisals.
-Provide guidance and leadership to the employees of IT function.
•Install, configure, & setup Microsoft Backoffice Server that includes :
•Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 service pack 6 (server).
•Microsoft Exchange 5.5.
•Microsoft Proxy 2.0.
•Microsoft SQL server 7.0.
•Install, configure, and setup Faxmaker Server (Receiving and Sending faxes through Outlook).
•Install, configure, and setup ArcservIT (Backup Files, Exchange Database, Open files, and Oracle database).
•Install, configure, and setup InnoculateIT server (Antivirus Software).
•Install, configure, and setup Mailessential (Download and upload emails).
•Implement Disaster Recovery Plan for offline backup, fault Tolerance, and configure UPS on Servers.
•Trouble Shooting problems and questions encountered by staff.
•Well known Network and computer’s hardware specifications.
•Install, configure, & setup clients like :

•Maintain & Update The existing Novell LAN and all Hardware related.
•Manage & Supervise 3 programmers to develop a local Accounting & Stock Control system for the company.
•Performing Documents analysis & Development Methodology to resolve complex problems.
•Analyze user needs & purchase PC Hardware accordingly.
•Submitting monthly reports to Top Management.
