* I won the prize of the year for hiring, forming, and operating an onsite (outsourced) team in Qatar; which was a major challenge due to political ban by Qatar; the prize was mainly for the unpreceded challenge that was achieved successfully by a team of only four people: talent acquisition, account manager, and myself.
* I was one of the organization’s ATMs who achieved the CMMI Level 3 Certification, two of the appraised projects were of my teams.

I fully and successfully implemented Enterprise Project Management (EPM) using MS Project Server; providing a central and main repository for projects schedule, documentation, risks, issues, revenue, and payments; covering 20+ projects as a start.

Successfully introduced Test Automation culture, awareness, knowledge, and platform; which has decreased the testing time to 1/10 of its original duration, 200% higher quality of testing.

Hired, formed, led, and managed more than a team (total: 70+) to meet the company continuous expansion. A team covers the full product/project spectrum: Programmers, Business Analysts, Designers, Infrastructure, Presales, Support, Quality Engineers, and Project Managers.

In the majority of the development, I was the owner of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

o The Change of adopting Open Source (OSS, FOSS) in the organization, blogged this initiative in prezi Open Source from Philosophy to Reality. Based on which, the
o SaaS business model and architecture; and BPMN and business rules engine.
o The adoption of Agile (SCRUM) methodology in the product development.
o Progressively improving SDLC process based on CMMI.
o Test automation, using IBM and Selenium systems.
o DevOps model started in 2005, providing a fully-automated round-cycle nightly build that takes about 2 hours.
o More than a sizing technique, e.g. using Use Case sizing technique.
Developed enterprise profitable products from scratch; using Visual C++, PowerBuilder, and J2EE; like: FABS®, BRS®, Arabic®, LGMS®, OFOQ Human Resources®, and OTMS®; along with other smaller-size products yet highly innovative as well.
Delivered projects of a mix of the pure services development, outsourcing, and product deployment and customization; approximately 12+ projects a year.

I resolved a major challenge Arabizing JD Edwards ERP, which was the main reason for JD Edwards to be able to sell in the Arab Countries; and for multi-national investors to buy shares in our company (United OFOQ).
I spent about 12 months onsite in Denver, spread over four years projects, modifying the original source code to support Arabic, using Native as well as MS Mirroring techniques.
