o The Change of adopting Open Source (OSS, FOSS) in the organization, blogged this initiative in prezi Open Source from Philosophy to Reality. Based on which, the
o SaaS business model and architecture; and BPMN and business rules engine.
o The adoption of Agile (SCRUM) methodology in the product development.
o Progressively improving SDLC process based on CMMI.
o Test automation, using IBM and Selenium systems.
o DevOps model started in 2005, providing a fully-automated round-cycle nightly build that takes about 2 hours.
o More than a sizing technique, e.g. using Use Case sizing technique.
Developed enterprise profitable products from scratch; using Visual C++, PowerBuilder, and J2EE; like: FABS®, BRS®, Arabic®, LGMS®, OFOQ Human Resources®, and OTMS®; along with other smaller-size products yet highly innovative as well.

I resolved a major challenge Arabizing JD Edwards ERP, which was the main reason for JD Edwards to be able to sell in the Arab Countries; and for multi-national investors to buy shares in our company (United OFOQ).
I spent about 12 months onsite in Denver, spread over four years projects, modifying the original source code to support Arabic, using Native as well as MS Mirroring techniques.
