-Leading team of 9 Order Fulfillment Analyst in the different locations( Egypt, Dubai, Casablanca)
-Setting Strong governance for improving our service level for 19 countries
-Working with Customer Facing Supply Chain team in bridging the gap between our service level and customer service level
Managing the Order To Cash transformation, for Egypt team
•Managing a team of 11 employees and 2 supervisors
•Managing all warehouse operations (Finished goods and Raw & Pack).
•Leading all efficiency projects in Physical Logistics
•Ensuring Nestlé Continuous Excellence Principles are applied in Physical Logistics
•Managing storage, delivery, and maintenance of confectionery trade assets (10, 000 Chillers)
-Leading all the logistics efficiency projects and initiatives.
-Leading the implementation of the NCE initiative in logistics team.
•Responsible for delivering business need for materials handling into system (SAP).
•Responsible for delivering business need for purchase to pay into system (SAP).
•Responsible for delivering business requirements to the GLOBE center.
•Manages new SAP projects in the market with the cooperation of super users under the supervision of the GLOBE center.
•Provide super users with ongoing training on new SAP projects.
•Ensures solving SAP issues within the SLA.
•Responsible for 2 sites in all related IT issues.
•Responsible for adding user in the A.D and implementing there profile with email address and home folder.
•Backup &Restore using Symantec Backup Exec.
•Responsible for troubleshooting any problem in Servers ( DNS, File & Print and Exchange servers ).
•Responsible for configuring Switches and Call Manager Software.
