• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements for residential projects.

• Create execution technical drawings covering all fixation methods details of the signages according to the Signage Standard Manual of the Public Areas of Lusail Hotel booklet.
• Prepare the message schedule for each signage type that contains all the information needed for the contractor to execute.
• Prepare accurate reports of project progress to the project manager, including daily achieved tasks and faced obstacles, to ensure that the project stays on schedule.
• Design a conceptual Artificial Island project (Batumi Grape Island) in Georgia, derived from the traditional Georgian ornament element that aims to expand the urban economy and strive for global city status.
• Managing design of a residential project from concept development to completion in Majdlaya Lebanon.
• Nine years of experience in the field of sculpting and cladding natural stones of all kinds, and supervising the work progress, which added a great experience in the field of architecture.
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using Revit, Sketchup, 3dsmax, Vray, and Corona.
• Utilize BIM software to create and manage digital representations of a building project.
• Regular site visits to check on the progress status and development of Ain Ksours villa in the stone cladding phase.
• Provide technical review and oversight of the design-build process.
• Troubleshooting multiple issues in the fixation method of the stone cladding of different types.
• Managing the construction process on-site, including coordinating with contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project stays on schedule.
• Monitoring and inspecting the work of contractors to ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications, especially regarding the quality of the stone and the specific method of installing each stone type.
• Providing regular updates to the project stakeholders.
• Assist in developing design through sketches, diagrams, and other visual formats.
• Design CAD drawings according to client and engineering requirements.
