Job scope of work & duties: -
Master Schedule base line for project, initiation and updates.
Issue Internal Program for Headquarter Project.
Material & Equipment logs using “Excel” showing their manufacturing, ordering & delivery.
Preparation of level 3, 2 and 1 Schedules
Make all updates on project and make accurate analysis from these updates.
Prepare daily reports for project
Prepare weekly follow-up reports.
Prepare all monthly reports. Follow all progress logs.
Prepare to progress meeting reports and attend them with consultant
Issue a complete claim for time extension program, Issue a recovery for delay program.
Issue an internal program for project. Following progress in site and achieving target planes
Issuing & Finalizing payments, verifying variation orders & S.W.I (Site Work Instructions).
PREVIOUSEXPERIENCE
Mutlaa City Development-AL Mutlaa north of Kuwait
Mutlaa City Development (Area ~ 102 Km2), South Al-Mutlaa City is the largest housing project in Kuwait with 28, 363 units,
currently being executed in cooperation with international experts. By the end of last June, the Public Authority for Housing
Welfare (PAHW) has signed a contract of about KD 288 million with the Italian Salini Costruttori engineering company and
Turkey’s Kolin group to build the city’s infrastructure. The project will also see the floating of 60 tenders for construction
including public utilities and power plants.
It will also include the construction of more than 100 schools, 150 mosques, 40 mini markets, and a dozen public health
centers. Of the 102-square-kilometer city, 90 square kilometers is being dedicated for residential use. This is expected to
alleviate housing issues relating to rising rent and an excess of buildings in urban areas.
Packages: Construction of 64 packages.
Communicate and enforce time management and accomplishment of targets / milestones to contractors, team leaders
and their workers.
Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports. Advise project managers on handling delays if any.
Highlighting the CPM (critical path method) with detailed scope of work.
Administrative matters, including acting as an interface between the project stakeholders
Provide project progress reports, schedules and related information, cash flow, budgets, needed resources.
Reply to correspondences for assigned construction projects parties.
Training employees, planning, assigning tasks and directing work flow procedures.

Reviewing and feed back on E1 logs (shop drawings) & E2 logs ( material procurement) with reference to the CCS.
Updating schedule baseline and detailed programs. Review and supervise for all daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Attend progress meeting with feed back on main and subcontractor’s performance and completion percentages.
Forecasting and reporting controlled by computerized system (Primavera P6) for the project.
Arraya Office Tower - Sharque- Kuwait
Mission: Constructing tower of 64 floors.
Project Description: 64 floors, 2 evacuated floors.
Three (3) mechanical floors and three underground basements for commercial uses +M.E. P +Landscape.
Issue Master Schedule base line for project.
Updating schedule baseline and detailed programs.
Review and comment on all daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Issue 2weeks look ahead program for resident Engineer & consultant Engineers for tracking contractor’s work at site.
