Famous Moes Company is one of the biggest companies working in fast food field in southern of England.
I was responsible for:
* Operational management:
• Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security;
• Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations;
• Preparing reports and other performance analysis documentation;
• Devising and marketing promotional campaigns;
* People management: • Recruiting new staff, training and developing existing staff, motivating and encouraging staff to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling and routes;
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained;
• Handling customer complaints and queries;
Nasa Meat Supply Factory is one of the biggest Halal lamp, beef and chicken supply factories in eastern of England.
I was responsible for:
* Ensuring standards of hygiene are maintained and that the Factory complies with health and safety regulations.
* Ensuring that the product is meeting the level of quality demanded by the customer
* Supervising the delivery of product on time
* Ensuring that new policies and programs are being followed.
