1. Handling supply chain rolls in 11 Countries (Morocco - EGY -Jordan - Kuwait- KSA - Lebanon (new opening) - Qatar - UAE - Oman - Bahrain - India.
2. Assist with creating a product sourcing strategy, identify potential international suppliers and conduct initial Quality Assurance (QA) audits to determine potential approval status for manufacturing plants in new and existing countries. Assist in developing best in-country suppliers and coordinate all findings with Research & Development (R&D) and Procurement.
3. Negotiate contracts to meet franchise and corporate objectives. Assure all negotiations and service levels adhere to Company’s requirements.
4. Support the development of all international products, both new and existing, in coordination with local market vendors and R&D specialist; verify product-portioning yields with IBMs, R&D & International Training.
5. Manage food cost models for each international market to determine where we source (U.S. vs. local or regional) our products including economic analysis based on development plan volume and transporting
