Responsible for all aspects of the construction management for the project include quality assurance, schedule control and analysis, cost and variation control, management of design consultants, preparation and execution of tender packages, include managing all design, tender and award and construction activities. Co-ordination, administration, tenders evaluation and supervision of design and construction projects from inception to completion, Insure implementing of energy efficiency and energy conservation in design.
Manage and coordinate working plans and programs between various parties and stakeholders for a successful cooperation, ensure client goals & objectives are met during the design and execution.
For New Construction Buildings: coordinate and lead the project team towards Green and Sustainable Buildings design to achieve energy conservation, energy efficiency, indoor environment & air quality and environment protection measures, identify the requirements, technologies and strategies, identify standards that support sustainability, select appropriate product and technologies for project scope, verify compliance of products and technologies, develop technical analysis with design professionals for compliance with the green buildings requirements, managing the documentation and certification process.
Responsible for projects startup and contract performance monitoring, Prepared and negotiated all change orders, analyzed schedule performance, approved payment applications, provided quality assurance inspections. Analyzed all changes and scheduled changes into baseline schedule to determine impact. Provided claims analysis for litigation process, Managed program of separate projects, settling outstanding contract issues and restoring projects to schedule and budget. Insure implementing of energy efficiency and energy conservation in design of residential and commercial buildings.
