Supervise the English Language program
Ensure that customer surveys are conducted regularly and feedback is shared with
teachers and management
Conduct teacher observations followed by a feedback session
Decide on new teachers’ recruitment
Screen applicants’ CVs, assessing demos and interviewing candidates
Plan professional development trainings based on teachers’ needs.
Performing certification of US Educational documents
Responsible for US grants/scholarships applications
Help to formulate new ideas to add value to current training portfolio and to
maximize external income
Assist in writing proposals
. Responsible for the accreditation and certifications of educational documents.
.Responsible of preparing invoices to registered companies and following up for due payments.
. Coordinate and prepare registration schedules with AMIDEAST teachers.
.•Supervise public enrollment during the registration period to maintain the registration process and enrollment are carried out efficiently.
•Check with teachers to verify that the students in their classes have been properly placed
•Handle data entry and administrative work required for running AMIDEAST programs (ACCESS, BBSA, ERP..etc.)
•Follow up with the sponsoring companies for due payments
•Handle the student evaluations and prepares the statistical reports of the evaluations
•Liaison Closely with teachers regarding class attendance sheets and with sponsor students regarding their official requests
•Responds efficiently to customer email inquiries and requests and accurately maintains student and client files.
•Meets regularly with the Director of Education and Program Specialist, and Sales Specialist to discuss possible additional services
•Accurately and patiently performs the class registrations in the SRA.
•Participates in testing Observations for ETS and College Board internationally recognized tests (SAT, TOEFL, etc…).
• Creating and maintaining database for customers
• Communicating with customers and scheduling appointments
• Making and receiving customers’ calls.
• Handling customers’ complaints
