• Participate in preparation of annual budget and quarter forecast.
• Supporting in analyzing actual achievements versus targets, and variance analyses and building bridge when needed.
• Profitability analysis, by product, order, and customer.
• Perform submitting PR/PO and reallocation and providing budget reallocation
recommendation.
• Handling WBS/IO creation.
• Ad-hoc tasks, analysis and, presentations.
• Paying used oil suppliers by scheduling pay checks and bank transfers and ensuring payments is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all suppliers’ inquiries regarding finance.
• Handling petty cash and all SADAD payments.
• Handling employees related payments including business trips and end of service.
• Processing payroll payment and uploading WPS file to Muded.
• Handling Accounts Receivables and securing revenues by verifying and posting receipts, follow up with customers, generating invoices, account statements and preparing monthly AR report to the management.
• Preparing of VAT return.
• Preparing monthly management accounting report.
• Managing relationships with the company’s bank relationship manager
• Preparing daily cash flow statement.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.
• Following up and submitting all the requirements to KPMG for the objections filed to GSTC and GAZT regarding the income tax and ZAKAT reassessment.
• Processing of accounts payable, receivable, petty cash.
• Daily input and payment of Supplier’s invoices by using SAP system.
• Process End of Service, vacation, and overtime benefits.
• Processes clients' invoices.
• Recording all transactions in the General Ledger on daily basis.
• Working on depreciation of the fixed assets.
- Enter more than 300 vendor’s invoices by using SAP system.
- Communicate with vendors from different companies.
