• Effectively organize the manpower and equipment’s to enable expediting of orders as per priorities, supervise picking, packing and put-away operations, suggest and implement processes to improve warehouse effectiveness.
• Supervise the daily maintenance of all department equipment's to ensure optimum availability of the equipment.
• Assign bin locations effectively and check whether storage is done as per instruction so as to enable quick and timely retrieval thereby resulting in efficient picking operations for outbound shipments.
