HR CORE BUSINESS
- Set objectives and goals for the team and also track progress
- Develops and implement HR policies and Table of benefits.
- Categorizing staff for ranking and grading system.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Review and approve or modify budgets
- Ensuring a company’s HR initiatives run smoothly
- Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management

RECRUITMENT
Registration, Interviews, Processing, Saudisation Plan, Hiring -potential individuals, Design/update forms.
PAYROLL
Set control of employees remuneration, Maintain payroll activities monthly, Deductions on penalties/ loans and others, Add- on due payments, Leave entitlements payments, EOS entitlements, Control of Loan, Maintain monthly payroll records, Hold up salaries of employees, Management approvals on monthly payroll, Liaise with Accounts.
EMPLOYEE SERVICES
Personnel File Administration and Control, Custodian of HR related forms, Contracting/Seasonal Contracting, Administration of Probationary Period Schedule, Process Resignations/Terminations, Implementation of Company Terms and Conditions, GOSI (occupational accidents), Airticket entitlements, Disciplinary Counselling, Appeals and Grievances, EOS Calculations and Processing, Leave approval and process, Loan Applications, Time Keeping and Attendance, Medical Insurance Coverage, Update list of employees to Insurance providers, Add new joiners, Remove employees left Co., Add dependents with legal documents/approval, Distribute cards after renewals/ new cards, Update on any changes in insurance policies, Attend inquiries of employees on medical issues.
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS SERVICES
Liaise with Government Ministries, Transfer of Sponsorships, Exit Re-entry visas, Family Visit Visas, Exit only visas, Visa Revalidations, Iqamas ( new and Renewals), Work Permit, Chamber of Commerce Attestations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Attestation, Change in Profession ( on Iqamas ), Meet and Assist, Airport Assistance ( exit only ), On Call duties.
FLEET CONTROL
Establish control of vehicles. Renewals Istemara schedules. Establish reporting of incidents to the management. Prepare maintenance schedules of vehicles. Maintain updated list of insured vehicles. Ensure that all vehicles are maintained by driver names. Attend Accident hearings at Traffic police as and when required. Co-ordinate with the Insurance Company.
