• Medical Insurance: managing all the medical insurance benefits and compensations regarding to the company's benefits scale and updating all their insurance dues on the payroll.
• GOSI: Entering & maintaining all employees’ information on the GOSI System and finalize all the inspectors requirements.
• Government relations: Following up with the labor office, HRD, Jeddah chamber, and GOSI to finalize all the companies' requirements and needs.
• Recruiting: managing and summarizing all the rerouting activities; such as, searching internally and externally for candidates, arranging all the arriving relative concerns and managing all the visa government procedures.
• Tracking drivers: As a part of our operation recruitment, we track and observe all fleet’s buses to ensure accurate number of active drivers that match the payroll's data.
• Banking: I have worked on developing the bank services that provided for our company with the commercial banks in KSA .
• New Tenders: Preparing and updating a complete orientation guide. Clarifying the company’s services in purpose to compete on any tender is highly requested.
