capacity building programs aimed at strengthening Jordan's justice system and institutions
Achievements
o Worked on creating an internal legal audit system for one of our clients, which is one of the largest textile
factories in Jordan employing more than 2500 workers, this internal audit system helped the client keep up
to date with legislative changes and prevent incidents of non-compliance before being externally audited.
o As part of the Jordan Rule of Law Project I designed and facilitated a Practical English and Legal
Terminology course for the staff of the Judicial Institute of Jordan to improve their proficiency in English
and legal terminology, and enhance their ability to access and utilize international legal resource.

Empower program aims to give support to women refugees who have just arrived to Egypt. We aim to help them acclimate through trainings, and support group.
My role was to create along with my team a two month program that's going to help the participants feel more comfortable, empowered, and give them vital life skills to aid in their journey in Egypt. I was also responsible for facilitating our weekly support group meetings, and interpreting the trainings, and any conversation between the participants and the volunteers.
I helped in promoting and organizing the Relay for Life event at Fairleigh Dickinson University. This event raised $10, 000 for the benefit of ACS. I also held awareness sessions on the importance of volunteering to university students.
Under the supervision of professor Irwin Isquith, i monitored and analysed the behavior of the microorganism Blepharisma.
