) Selling and Cross Selling
•Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to customers to achieve business targets and maximize bank profits.
•Identify opportunities to sell additional products whilst conducting the sales process.
•Assist the Head of Individual Banking the Marketing and Sales Strategy in order to achieve targets.
•Coordinate with all departments of the bank to finalize sales process.
B) Quality Service
•Receive and Advise customers and non-customers in order to satisfy their needs and build a long-term business relationship with them.
•Follow up with existing and potential customers in order to retain and attract them.
•Receive, handle and resolve customer complaints (verbal/written) in a timely manner to maintain or increase customer satisfaction .
C) Others
•Help and support the Collection Department with matters regarding delinquent customers, as to ensure full payment of the overdue amounts to minimize Risk exposure.
•Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the bank’s policies and procedures
• Prospecting potential corporate accounts using different databases and directories.
• Calling prospects and setting appointments for daily visits.
• Presenting products using “face-to-face” selling techniques.
• Sell Bupa Health Insurance products to corporate accounts.
• Continuously generate prospect customers and referrals from every visit.
• Ensure delivering of complete applications with all necessary documents.
• Achieving the given monthly target.
• Fill in daily reports and submit to manager as required.
• Managing reporting and office work time effectively.
• Participate in any organized event to promote Bupa International.
• Use company resources in a proper manner.
• Operate at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity.
