• Responsible for the presales management of Vodafone Global Enterprise Accounts Fixed Business activities in Turkey locations.
• Managing 500 active customers of Holdings, IT, Energy, Logistic, Finance & FMCG companies, among top 1500 customers of Vodafone Global Enterprise, with an annual revenue of $35M
• Lead the management of design process in Fixed Data-Voice (Internet/Vpn/Voip), Security,
VAS projects(Datacenter, Cloud, Collaboration products) for related VGE accounts.
• Responsible for all customer voice network support & project installation process
• Managing a voice customer network team of 10 people
