GEF DDT Project is a UN endeavor in the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan.
The project's main goal is to dispose of 5000 tons of the hazardous pesticide DDT left from Soviet agricultural practices.
The project is sponsored by the Global Environmental Fund (UNEP is an authorized agency of the UN dedicated to protecting the environment of the Earth)
• Project budget is $45 mln and project duration is 5 years
• Meetings with Government officials of the highest level
• Preparation of the project's strategic documents and philosophies
• Identification of contracting and procurement strategies
• Preparation of the personnel TOR and conducting interviews
• Preparation of the Project Documents (Schedule, Budget, WBS, CBS, Interface Plan, Responsibilities Matrix, Org Chart)

Chevron Corporation | DSME (Daewoo) Shipyard, South Korea
TengizChevroil Project (Offshore Fabrication) Contract with DSME for $2, 6 bn USD to fabricate 81 offshore modules with total tonnage of steel ~ 400, 000 t. Modules have been delivered to Kazakhstan for the expansion of onshore plant in Tengiz oil field with the additional capacity of 260 KBPD
(Tengizchevroil is a joint venture between Chevron, ExxonMobil, KazMunayGas and Lukoil)
• Performed compatibility analysis of Kazakhstani rules and regulations to the standards applied on the fabrication yard in South Korea
• Adapted Kazakhstani construction documents (acts and protocols) for application by the foreign contractor DSME in the fabrication yard
• Deployed the Technical Supervision team from Kazakhstan and developed all necessary arrangements for its work on site with zero accidents and efficient interface
• Introduced the Microsoft Hololens augmented reality technology to cover inspections held in the shipyard in South Korea remotely from Kazakhstan after 2 months of trials with the consideration of numerous technical, financial and safety related aspects
• Identifying and managing (including categorization and mitigation) the key risks of modules delivery and installation in home country from regulatory side
• Managed the team of 6 direct and 26 outsourced employees
• Had been continuously and consistently promoting and mentoring personnel including the recognition with FGP Project Medals
• Mobilization and establishment of the author and technical supervision teams on the megaprojects outside of Kazakhstan hasn’t ever been done in any industry of Kazakhstan

Tengizchevroil | Atyrau, Kazakhstan
SGP WHU was a brownfield project designated to upgrade, debottleneck and
replace certain areas of the process, utility and waste water including Sour
Water Strippers, Demineralization Units, and Waste Water Treatment Facilities
in the Second Generation Plant on Tengiz. Total project cost was $260 MM.
(Tengizchevroil is a joint venture between Chevron, ExxonMobil, KazMunayGas and Lukoil)
• Managed engineering, procurement, fabrication and delivery of 2 water process equipment
packages manufactured in USA and Netherlands (total cost $5 mln)
• Approved change orders, claims, concession requests, technical query
• Maintained vendor packages Cost and Schedule of delivery
• Timely identified, categorized and mitigated all Project risks upcoming from packages delivery
side
• Managed technical supervision, certification, consultancy contract with total cost $4 mln
• Coordinated Engineering & Procurement related to vendor packages between engineering
contractor, client & vendors
• Approved all deliverables from package vendors (drawings, datasheets, philosophies etc.)

NCOC n.v. | Kazakhstan. Kashagan oil field. Eskene West Rail Project
Kashagan is the offshore oil field in the Caspian Sea with the total budget of
exploration of $130 bn, including the Experimental program of $50 bn. Eskene
West Rail Project included construction of the Sulfur Pastillation Unit, Loading
Facility and Marshalling Yard with total capacity of 4500 of granulated sulfur
per day and budget of $900 mln.
(NCOC n.v. is a joint venture between ENI, ExxonMobil, Shell, BP, Total and KazMunayGas)
• Managed domestic procurement & expediting from the Client side (steel structures, field
erected tanks, piping materials etc.). Project was managed by E&P contractor Worley
Parsons.
• Managed studies of the application of experimental levelling technology on the gondola rail
cars and had been searching for the potential suppliers in Kazakhstan
• Drove the risk management from Project side including identification, categorization, and
mitigation of all project risks.
• Managed EPC contract for the construction of the Fire Training Camp in Karabatan ($4.2 mln)
• Delivered rail design discipline deliverables of the Rail Loading Facilities and the Marshalling
Yard via the special subcontractor (Intereng Design Institute)
• Obtained approval from central and local authorities for the engineering design of the facility
• Prepared and executed tenders for technical and author supervision, certification and
passportization

Onshore Project scope included construction of the oil, gas and sulfur plant
with 3 trains, power plant, utilities, tanks and export facilities with total capacity
of 4 50 KBPD

• Project management of regulatory activities on the designated project facilities (onshore,
offshore, Bautino base)
• All steps of the career path from the specialist to the coordinator of the Karabatan Onshore
Complex
• Special assignment has been received in 2010 to close the critical gaps in regulatory
documentation caused by the insolvency of the General Contractor of the Power Plant and
the Utility Area.
• Managed the team that recovered 35, 000 documents required for the startup of the facility
within 10 months
• Managed smooth handover of the Power Plant and the Utilities Area to governmental
acceptance commissions.
• Proactively engaged in the Task Force established to define the strategy of the Kashagan
start up and handover to operations
