• Supervising process parameters, making adjustments or corrective actions to ensure safe and efficient operation via (DCS HONEYWELL, PLCs).
• Monitoring electrical network via Schneider ENMSC (SCADA, PMS, FLS, CPS...) and communicate/ report any electrical issues to electricians and/or managers.
• Performing gas turbine generators synchronization/unloading and emergency diesel generators testing.
• Maintain communication with natural gas up-stream and dispatching unites to ensure gas flowrate and composition in use according to production facilities need and report to managers any problems or concerns that may restrict production.
• Monitoring gas turbines performance through MARK VI HMI, troubleshoot and/or report any issues to competent technicians/engineers.
• Analyzing and monitoring (trends, process & equipment’s data) to perform logical corrections, problems troubleshooting and recommend measures to improve exploitation and production also log of plant parameters in log sheets, events in logbook and prepare daily shift reports.
• Calculated nitrogen use through plant flow meters whereby I determined a leak of 700 kg/h, which lasted for a year.
• Suggested and assisted modifications on DCS displays and process controllers for a better operating and monitoring with system engineers.
• Assisted system engineer in the development of control & display of a new nitrogen generation unite.
• Optimized fuel gas utilization and suggested to manager changes in work conditions, which reduced extra use from feed gas to zero.
• Managing and scheduling storage and distribution of (demineralized water, potable water, liquid nitrogen, and diesel) and ensuring specified chemistry according to laboratory reports.
• Performing smooth startup and shutdown of equipment and unites respecting safety and operating procedures.
• Participated in trainees and fresh operators training under manager’s request.

• Making inspection regular rounds to ensure safe operating of plant utilizing continuous improvement mindset.
• Clean and understandable communication with CCR.
• Monitor and record process parameters (flow, temperature, pressure...) and perform adjustments when necessary.
• Reporting any abnormalities to CCR/manager and perform necessary actions to save equipment from damage.
• ensuring compliance with safety procedures and following proper housekeeping also reporting to HSE, CCR… any abnormalities ( equipment degradation, corrosion, abnormal vibrations and/or sounds…) to prevent equipment and ensure safe and clean work environment.
• -startup, shutdown, change over, handing & taking over compressors, gas turbine, filters and exchangers.
• Perform operations as directed from verbal/written documents such as; shift logs, procedures, work instructions checklists and/or manuals.
• Preparing (isolating, inerting) equipment and area for maintenance and participating in troubleshooting.
• Assisting and supervising electricians, instrument technicians and mechanics with maintenance and preventive maintenance; assisted and supervised GE gas turbine maintenance (Borescope inspection, Cleaning compressor & turbine and tests after cleaning, Combustion inspection, hot gas path inspection, Casing inspection).
• Established procedure on manager’s demand to improve the inerting operation of fuel gas system and inlet feed gas system for long maintenance shutdown period.
