Examining Import and Export L/C’s.
Preparing L/C documentation for Export shipments.
Preparing Buyer’s covers documents against L/C.
Coordinate with Customer / Shipping company / Freight Forwarder
Coordinate with our head office in Tokyo and provide support.

Handling L/C and requesting amendment from customer if necessary.

Liaising with the freight forwarders for smooth and timely delivery to customers.
Monitoring Import Documentation and preparing documents to clear the goods for air and sea.
Monitoring the daily correspondence with the customs department.
Preparing Free zone Customs Documentation.
Import Clearance Follow up - Air & Sea.
Verification of Inward & Outward Invoices.
Raising Sample Invoices.
Handling Land Transportation to GCC Countries
Monitering company credit control and risk management
Maintaining company internal control and compliance
Forex deal with client
