Maintaining of cash within retention limit, Cheques Clearing, i/w&o/w Remittances, Transfers, Cts
•Having Specific Signature( SS no) signing authority in all DDs, Pay orders and foreign DDs issue from branch
•Fake notes if any, detected are handled as per guidelines prescribed
•Reasons for large value cash deposits / withdrawals well documented and acceptable from AML prevention angle
•Ensuring Branch Revenue and Sales targets on time.
•Branch ATM Custodian, finacle and CTS clearing coordinator.

•No income leakage while closing deposits and ensuring charges wherever applicable are recovered as per schedule prescribed.

•Identifying unprofitable accounts
•Records of all security and deliverables maintained as per rules
•Submission of reports to CO within the stipulated timelines

•Closure of Audit reports within 2 months from receipt of report
•Ensure Audit ratings to be satisfactory
•Ensure there are no occurrences of frauds, which are indicative of loose internal controls.
•Timely updation of Form 60, 15 H etc.
•Ensure operations of lockers as per mandate given by the customer and rent collected on the due date
(Inbound calls-classic Banking)
•Proficient in managing all inbound calls and given service related banking products without considering the constraints comes in path.
•Handling Portfolio Customers and assisting HDFC Bank Classic Customers,
•Handling queries of all Kerala HDFC Bank Branch Classic customers.
