• Coordinated project activities to support digital skills supply in Jordan;
• collaborating with multiple departments to ensure project alignment and successful implementation such as procurement, finance, communication and stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation;
• Collaborated closely with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and implement a customized CRM system for multiple projects, ensuring seamless project tracking and data management;
• Engaged with stakeholders to identify needs and implement solutions;
• Ensured quality control of deliverables from consulting firms and individual consultants;
• Provided documentation and reporting for impact-focused stakeholders;
• Developed and managed partnerships to support digital skills supply.

• Managed service, repair, installation, and procurement of medical devices;
• Established preventive maintenance and operation training programs for medical staff;
• Developed detailed work schedules and oversaw technician activities;
• Negotiated with suppliers for medical device procurement and installation;
• Implemented quality improvement and patient safety policies based on HCAC standards.
