The basic role is to develop marketing and sales plans, distribution agreements, follow-up logistics from manufactioring to end user, do or follow-up most HR functions related to my team (130 people). ASIA Pharmaceutical Industries is the largest manufacturer in Syria.
As a new company the role included various management functions including developing and implementing sales and marketing plan, help in HR duties and strategic planning and business development. Due to political instability and violent conflict the project was unfortunately delayed.

Develop marketing plan, Carry-out marketing activities. Develop marketing team. Improve company processes. Improve reward and compensation system.
Develop and implement HR Plans. Deploy and train leaders on Process Excellence management concepts and tools. Represent the GCC area in EMEA HR meetings.

GPA is 80/100 (Excellent) and I'm among the top students (class average is 74). My elective is HR mananagement. I've written several papaers related to HR management and did the graduation thesis on MBTI and performance with interesting findings. This reserach gave me good exposure at the institute level and with high ranking officials in the ministry of higher education. I was also elected to lead and to represent the MBA group in the institute management meetings.
Bachelor degree in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences with emphasis on pharmacology and clinical pharmacy.
